My passion for health and fitness began with football, after years of playing I turned to the gym, with the hopes of improving my performance on the pitch… before I knew it I was hooked. Training and lifting became such a passion of mine that I turned it into a career!
After years of investment into my knowledge, I help everyone from athletes to busy professionals get in top shape and excel in their chosen sports. The most rewarding part of my job is watching people grow, both in and out of the gym.
I hold a degree in Strength and Conditioning with Rehabilitation, plus additional qualifications that enable me to coach at a high level and transform people’s lives.

My journey into health and fitness started the same way it does for many people — I wanted to see a change in the mirror.
At first, it was purely about improving how I looked. But very quickly, I realised training was doing far more than just changing my physique. It built confidence. It developed discipline. It improved my mindset, structure, and overall performance in everyday life.
What started as a personal goal soon became a genuine passion. I became obsessed with understanding how the body adapts, how strength is built, and how intelligent training can completely transform not just how someone looks — but how they feel and perform.
That passion led me to complete a BSc (Hons) in Strength & Conditioning with Rehabilitation at Anglia Ruskin University, investing years into developing the knowledge and practical skills needed to coach at a high level.
Today, I help individuals who are ready to stop guessing and start progressing.
